This page explains what information TravellerMTL (“we”) collects when you use this website and how it is used.

Information you give us

If you create an account we store your username and a securely hashed version of your password. If you post comments, reviews, ratings or reports, or add novels to your library, we store those so they can be shown on the site. We don’t ask for your email address.

Information collected automatically

• Cookies we set: one cookie keeps you logged in and protects forms from misuse. Your theme, reader settings and reading history are saved in your own browser (local storage) and are not sent to us.
• View counts: we count chapter views to show popularity. We don’t store your IP address with these counts.
• Server logs: like most websites, our server may briefly keep technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
