Chapter 724.5: Side story — Volume Summary 2
Finally, finished writing the Red Dust Realm~
The length of the second volume is much longer than the first, mainly because the amount of information in this chapter is too large. From the era archives revealing the origin of the Nine Lords and introducing the Emperor God Dao; to entering the Ancient Treasury of the Opera Dao and contacting the master and several senior brothers and sisters; to the learning of several secret techniques; to the third entry into the Red Dust; to restarting the Jinghong Pavilion; to the Jiangtian Sect and the realm war...
Not to mention anything else, the length of the realm war alone has already reached more than a hundred chapters. After all, it involves so many demigod levels and so many characters. Even though Sanjiu (crossed out) Erjiu has tried his best to simplify the story line, it still took a long time to write.
If the Aurora Realm in the first volume was the starting point of this story, then the second volume can be considered as expanding the entire worldview of the story. There are too many things that need to be written. The good news is that the subsequent volumes should not have such a long length (should! should!!). If there are, then just pretend I didn't say it. After all, once I start writing some things, I can't control them myself... Who would have thought that Li Qingshan and Kong Baosheng, whom I had already prepared to kill off, would actually survive?
As for the theme of the second volume and some things I wanted to express, it seems there is no need to deliberately write them out again... In short, everyone should be able to feel that the core of the second volume is different from the first. The first volume is more desperate compared to the second. In the Red Dust Realm, it actually shows more of the power of humanity itself in despair, family affection, love, friendship... Actually, the introduction of this book can distinguish the difference between the two volumes:
Volume One: In this era, humanity is as small as dust. Volume Two: In this era, humanity is as brilliant as the stars.
Sanjiu won't write in detail here, definitely not because I'm rushing to write the next chapter, definitely not because I'm worried about being scolded for fewer updates or late updates tonight...
On the other hand, it is about the experience of integrating intangible cultural heritage such as Peking Opera, Su embroidery, and lion dance (which will be written about soon) into the story. Sanjiu is actually trying this for the first time, and other works on the market rarely involve this aspect. Being able to integrate traditional culture into the story and let more readers know, be curious, and love it is actually a very fulfilling thing. Other intangible cultural heritages will appear later, but it will not affect the overall reading experience, please rest assured~~
OK, then a simple preview of the next volume.
In the third volume, some "acquaintances" will return (here, acquaintances may have several meanings~), and Chen Ling will also master some new "plays." As for who Chen Ling really is, there may also be new progress...
The first volume actually mainly introduced the Twilight Society, the second volume introduced the high-level members of the Twilight Society, which is the master school of the Opera Dao Ancient Treasury... Then in the third volume, it is time for the protagonist group to appear. In short, everyone can look forward to it~
Being able to see here and finish the second volume means that everyone has some recognition of the Opera God. In order to write the Opera God well, Sanjiu has also spent a lot of effort... At the last volume summary, Sanjiu also said that the threshold for the Opera God story would be higher, but judging from the results, the Opera God is now no less than the God Slayer, which is already very remarkable... But Sanjiu is still thinking, maybe it can go further?
If possible, I hope everyone can help promote the Opera God, and playing some memes is also OK. Sanjiu thanks you here~~
So, everyone, see you in the next volume~~~
